All Richland County residents are invited to a special meeting to speak up about your concerns facing the county, which may include the cybersecurity incident, Pine Valley, or any other topic. The Richland County special meeting will be held tonight at 6:00 at the Richland Center Community Center. A video link will also be available online through the Richland County Government website.
