Kenosha, Wis (WRJN) – A car collision in Kenosha resulted in the death of both a driver and a cow after the vehicle struck the animal that was in the middle of the road. The incident occurred on Thursday, March 28, at approximately 5 a.m.

The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department arrived at the scene, where they discovered the car’s roof had been completely torn off, and the driver had lost their life as a result of the collision.

The crash took place in the 29500 block of 31st Street. The vehicle came to a halt after colliding with a nearby fence. That impact allowed multiple other cows to escape from the property onto the road. Law enforcment was on the scene for about four hours to investigate.
