GREEN BAY, WI- (WGBW) – In a “blink and you’ll miss it” moment during the Oshkosh Common Council meeting Tuesday night, an event that marks the first change in the management of the City of Oshkosh in 16 years happened. Rebecca Grill was sworn in as the new City Manager.
As city manager, Grill will act as the City of Oshkosh’s chief executive and administrative officer. She replaces City Administrator Mark Rohloff, who retired on January 3, 2025, after 16 years of service to the city.
For the last nine years, Rebecca Grill has been the City Administrator/City Clerk for West Allis, Wisconsin. She brings approximately 20 years of municipal leadership experience to Oshkosh.
