RACINE, Wis. – (WRJN) – Two years after a failed redevelopment attempt, the former Twin Disc headquarters in Racine is on the market again. The historic 7-acre campus is now listed for $3.4 million by Paradigm Real Estate.

The property, located at 1328 Racine Street, has been vacant since Twin Disc relocated its corporate team to Milwaukee in 2023. The 182,142-square-foot facility offers a mix of office, manufacturing, and warehouse space.

The listing comes after a previous deal with J. Jeffers & Co. to transform the property fell through in August 2022.
