KENOSHA, Wis. – (Civic Media) – Sen. Bernie Sanders is taking his “Fighting Oligarchy” tour to Wisconsin, with a rally scheduled for Friday, March 7, at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Kenosha.
Next weekend I will be holding town meetings in Warren, MI; Kenosha, WI; and Altoona, WI.

Together, we must stop Trump and Musk from moving us to oligarchy and authoritarianism.
We must stop tax breaks to billionaires and massive cuts to Medicaid.
I hope you’ll join us.
The event is part of Sanders’ national campaign targeting districts narrowly won by Republicans in 2024. He’s scheduled to speak at 6:30 p.m. in the De Simone Arena at UW-Parkside. Doors open at 5:00 p.m., with musical entertainment starting at 5:45 p.m.
Sanders aims to pressure GOP representatives to oppose cuts to social programs. The tour specifically targets Rep. Bryan Steil’s district.
Following the Kenosha rally, Sanders will travel to Altoona for a Saturday morning event at Altoona High School.
The senator’s visit comes ahead of Wisconsin’s April 1 election, which will determine control of the state Supreme Court.
