Ruby’s Pantry sets March 15 distribution date

Ruby’s Pantry is for anyone who is looking to extend their monthly grocery budget. For a $25 bundle donation, you will receive an abundance of groceries. There is no income or residency requirement.

Distribution: takes place the 3rd Saturday of every month from 8–9:15 am (or until food is gone) with the next event on March 15 2025.
Location: Pitsch Early Learning Center 501 17th Street South Wisconsin Rapids

How to Pay/Pick Up:
PRE-PAY: Pay in advance, schedule pick up time
Go to www.rubyspantry.org to register for a scheduled pickup.
Donation per bundle is $25.
Please come within your 15-minute time frame.
Have an unused certificate from a previous month? Present it when you come through the line. Certificates are good for 1 year.

CASH-PAY: Pay cash on site (no checks)Bundles are $25 each
Follow line-up on Map Below. Parking lot attendant will direct you.
STAY IN VEHICLE – drive-thru only
Food is pre-boxed, no boxes/baskets needed.
Have back of vehicle cleaned out for boxes of food.

Time slots where volunteers are needed:

6–7 am | Unload truck and sort pallets
6:30–7:30 am | Assemble boxes and set up tables with food
7:30–9:15 am | Distribution process of pre-loading bundles, loading in vehicles, and clean up
9:15-10:00 am | Clean-up
Pick your time; we are usually done and out by 10 am.
