LA CROSSE, Wis. (WLCX) – In-person absentee voting, or early voting, is underway in the City of La Crosse.
Voters can choose from one of four locations to vote between March 18 and March 28 for the Tuesday, April 1st Spring Election.
City Hall will have seven available dates for early voting, while three other La Crosse locations have a combined seven available dates. Those locations include the Southside Neighborhood Center at 1300 6th St. South, the HMOOB Cultural and Community Agency at 1815 Ward Ave., and the Cleary Alumni and Friends Center on the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse campus at 615 East Ave. North.
City voters will all get to vote in elections this spring for contested races for mayor, La Crosse County Circuit Court Judge Branch 1, and La Crosse school board. There are also statewide ballot items, including state superintendent, state Supreme Court, and a voter identification referendum.

The deadline for registered write-in candidates to file paperwork for the Spring Election on Tuesday, April 1st is noon on March 28, the Friday before the Spring Election.
