The Richland Hospital and Clinics recently honored volunteers
The Richland Hospital and Clinics (TRHC) honored volunteers for their dedication and service during the Volunteer Benefit Luncheon, held this past Thursday (April 23), at Los Amigos in Richland Center. The annual event recognizes the individuals who generously give their time to support patients, visitors, and staff in countless meaningful ways.
Volunteers, at TRHC, play an essential role throughout the organization, serving as friendly greeters, helping patients and families find their way, managing the Lobby Shoppe boutique store, and providing support wherever it is needed. Their commitment helps create a welcoming, compassionate environment for everyone who walks through the doors. From retirees to service-minded teens exploring a future in health care, the group is focused on finding a way to help, any way they can.
“Their generous gift of time, energy, and compassion makes a meaningful difference for both our patients and our staff every single day,” said Bruce Roessler, President/CEO. “We are deeply grateful for the impact our volunteers have on the care experience and the sense of community they help build.” Also, during the festivities, members of the Richland Center High School Choir entertained those in attendance.
“We are so grateful for our volunteers who are often the first smiling face to greet our patients,” said Sarah Stibbe, Volunteer Coordinator. “They offer guidance, answer questions, and provide comfort in moments that matter most. They are truly our frontline and the heart and soul of our organization.” The Volunteer Benefit Luncheon serves not only as a celebration, but as a reminder of the powerful impact of service. Through their time, care, and compassion, TRHC volunteers continue to strengthen connections and enhance the patient experience every day.
