Get Ready for a Busy 2025 in Racine: Events to Mark on Your Calendar!

In 2025, Racine comes alive!

The city will again host a variety of exciting events this year and now’s a good time to get out the calendar and make some entries.

There is a winter-time event coming up at the Racine Zoo. The festive St. Patrick’s Day Parade helps start sping. It’s a return to Racine this summer for the HarborFest music festival and the year will culminate with the Downtown Racine Holiday Parade in November. Here’s a preview of some major highlights throughout the year:

Winter Events
BRRR… GARDEN
Date: February 1, 2025
Location: Racine Zoo
Description: Enjoy a cozy atmosphere by the fire with stunning views of Lake Michigan while sampling craft beers and delicious food.

Spring Events
St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Date: March 15, 2025
Location: Corner of MLK Drive and West Wisconsin Avenue
Description: A festive parade celebrating Irish heritage and community spirit.

First Friday Event
Date: Starting May 2, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Location: Downtown Racine

Summer Events
Racine HarborFest
Dates: June 13–14, 2025
Location: Festival Hall
Description: An icon returns. HarborFest organizers are bringing back the music festival featuring live performances, food trucks, and local vendors. Proceeds will benefit local charities.

Music at the Zoo

Description: Enjoy live music performances at the Racine Zoo, starting with the Chicago Tribute Anthology.

Racine 4th Fest’s 89th Annual Parade
Date: July 4, 2025
Description: One of the biggest parade processions in the country is in Downtown Racine.

Salmon-a-Rama
Dates: July 11–20, 2025
Location: Racine, WI
Description: An annual celebration featuring fishing contests and various family-friendly activities.

Fall Events
Party on the Pavement
Date: September 20, 2025, from noon to 4:00 PM
Location: Downtown Racine
Description: A lively street festival featuring local vendors, live music, and family activities.

Winter Holidays
Downtown Racine Holiday Parade
Date: November 8, 2025
Description: A festive parade culminating in a tree-lighting ceremony with carolers and dancing to kick off the holiday season.

Throughout the year, additional events such as the Downtown Racine Spring Wine Walks and various food festivals are planned.
