The Green Bay Packers kicked off their 80th training camp under head coach Matt LaFleur yesterday, continuing a tradition that began in 1946 with Curly Lambeau. Practice sessions return to Ray Nitschke Field, and Packers Family Night will be held at Lambeau Field on Saturday, August 2nd.
Fans have plenty of opportunities to attend open practices, which run through mid-August. Practices are scheduled for July 23–25, July 27–28, July 30–31, August 5–7, August 12, and August 19. All practices begin at 10:30 a.m., but the schedule is subject to change.
The Packers will also hold two joint practices during training camp—one with the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday, August 14 in Indianapolis, and another with the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday, August 21 in Green Bay.
One of the most beloved training camp traditions continues as well—players riding bikes brought by kids from Lambeau Field to the practice field, a unique Green Bay ritual that brings fans and players together in a special way.
With football back in Green Bay, the countdown to the 2025 season is officially underway.
