This Sunday, August 24th, the Milwaukee Brewers will pay tribute to the legendary Bob Uecker at American Family Field. Fans are encouraged to get there early—gates open at 10:30 a.m.—and to settle into their seats by 12:15 p.m. for the start of the day’s events.
A unique pregame celebration will be hosted by Bob Costas, who shared a decades-long friendship with Uecker. The program will feature appearances from family, friends, and other special guests, all reflecting on Uecker’s remarkable life and career. Adding to the occasion, Ilene Graff, best known as Marsha Cameron Owens on Mr. Belvedere, will perform the National Anthem.
Throughout the stadium, fans can explore one-of-a-kind Uecker memorabilia displayed on each of the four levels. The Brewers Team Store will offer a memorial Uecker uniform patch for one day only, available for both new and previously purchased jerseys.
In keeping with Uecker’s lifelong support of charitable causes, all proceeds from the 50/50 raffle will benefit organizations he championed over the years, allowing fans to honor his legacy in a meaningful way.
