The Milwaukee Brewers are celebrating another milestone as they clinch the NL Central Division crown, and the timing couldn’t be better. With 96 wins already under their belt, the Brewers now sit just one victory shy of setting a new franchise record for most regular season wins in a single year.
But the work isn’t done yet. As Milwaukee prepares for its final series of the regular season against the Cincinnati Reds, there’s still plenty at stake. The Brewers can secure the top seed in the National League—ensuring home-field advantage throughout the playoffs—by winning at least one game in the series. They could also lock it up if the Philadelphia Phillies drop any of their remaining games.
With history within reach and October baseball on the horizon, the Brewers are looking to finish strong and roll their momentum into the postseason.
