I was born in New York City. I got my start in radio as a janitor at a local Long Island radio station, where eventually I became the overnight DJ, 7 nights a week, while attending Hofstra University. In 1977, I made my way to radio in Atlanta, then to Milwaukee radio and in 1991 to WRJN and WEZY-FM, where I served as an air personality and Program Director for nearly 24 years. In 2023, Civic Media approached me to return to WRJN, where they asked me to put together a morning show each day to superserve our listeners in the Racine area with guests and information to make their lives better.
